Pan Fried Razor Clams, in a garlic & spring onion butter

8oz Onglet Steak & Frites, bearnaise sauce

Stuffed Chicken Breast, with wild mushroom, wrapped in parma ham,

fondant potato & red wine sauce

Grilled Plaice Fillet, sautéed prawns, in hollandaise sauce, asparagus

& champ potatoes

Wild Mushroom & Stilton Tart, rocket & parmesan salad, buttered
